  We were visiting the Island and had a very concerning sound coming from one of our Explorer's wheels. We called up Alex MacDonald's and they fit us into the service schedule and quickly resolved the problem (at no charge as it turned out to be a very minor issue). They also noticed that we were overdue for regular maintenance and managed to get that done for us immediately as well. Brad, the service agent was friendly and helpful.
