    Went there to purchase a Dyson that was on sale in the flyer. We did comparison with what was on the shelf and made our decision but, there were none on the shelf. In fact, there was a sign saying find an associate to assist with any of the Dysons. We found an associate and asked for help. She replied not looking at us "Just a minute.". When she turned with her price gun in hand we had taken a photo of the sku and showed her. She typed it in and then said " Are there none on the shelf?". We told her there weren't. She responds "Well....I'll have to go upstairs.". She yells across the store to someone saying how she has to go upstairs for a vacuum for a customer. Her tone was rude. We felt as though she was terribly inconvenienced having to help us. I get it. Maybe it wasn't her section. Maybe she was busy. She could have handled it much better. She chose not to. We chose to purchase our Dyson from East Coast Furnishings instead.

    Products in wrong spots with labels of other prices. Seems to take the sporting section FOREVER to change from one season to the next leaving shelves empty for days and in one case a week before the baseball / summer was put out after hockey /winter.
