  The Mobile Shop at the Summerside Superstore is the only place my husband and I will ever go for ANYTHING phone related. The staff is awesome and work hard to make sure that you are 100% satisfied before you leave the store. You can also stop in and ask questions. They are always ready to answer your questions. You have made customers for life with us Mobile Shop. A BIG THANK-YOU to the staff for being so good at your job

  I never thought I'd ever have to write a negative Review, but I just had the worst Customer Service Experience ever! My phone got wet and I lost my koodo Card, I have been a customer of Koodo and the Mobile shop for years, it was the only place I bought stuff to do with my phone. Yesterday I talked to a nice girl Jennifer who was very helpful and had talked me into buying a new phone, which I was going to do in the coming days. (Kayla is also very helpful) She told me I could go up and get a card so could transfer all my pictures ect.. Today I went up and this girl "Emma" with all her Nose piercings tells me she has "TON"S of Phones and TONS of cards..but will not sell me one unless I buy a new Phone! It was Saturday night, 10 mins before closing..and she's not going to sell all her Ton's of phones before monday..yet she wouldn't sell me a $10. card even though thats were I have always done my cell phone business for years! When I told her I was going to buy a new phone..she reaches for the card and says..oh well I can give you one if you buys a new phone too. But put it back when I said I was not buying the phone tonight. She chose Selfishness wanting commission of a phone instead of doing the right thing and providing Great Customer Service. It was horrible. I even asked her to call Jennifer since she told me to come up? she said nope...I'm not calling her. She wouldn't call a supervisor either. When I said I would be switching providers, she said,,it doesn't matter, we deal with them all! Then she tells me to go to Walmart and get a card for my phone..so she actually now sends customers to another business when she doesn't make a commission?. I'm glad she did, because they were super helpful, and I already have the phone picked out that I will be getting from them! I will NEVER go back to the Mobile Shop at the super store again! Unless they get rid of "EMMA" and learn what Customer services Means.
