    Vicki Proctor goes above & beyond the call of duty to provide care and services to her customers. Recently she attended the hospital with the necessary banking forms for my Sister and I to sign to make the necessary changes to her accounts. She is efficient and responsive. Her Branch and all of RBC should follow Vicki's lead in providing Customer Service!!

    I tried on several occasions to talk to the lady that handles my investment. It's not going to happen after the automated system goes through its bullshit I get a guy somewhere else. There got to be a better bank to deal with the RBC. Guess I start looking around
