  I chose a bed, a lovely king platform/storage bed, a floor model, and returned the next day to pay for it in full, in anticipation of our move. Upon my return I was informed that the bed was no longer available as the store manager (Blair Coughlin) advised me that the bed was damaged and he had unilaterally decided to remove the bed from the floor and from the warehouse itself. I was astounded, first, that I was not contacted, and second, that I was not given opportunity to decide on making any repair myself, and continuing with the purchase. I asked to see the bed. He advised it was out of the building. Then, it became obvious to me, that he had sold it to someone else (after assuring us it was on hold in our name) out from under us! On top of this, we had made an appointment earlier to return to discuss the purchase of multiple pieces (furniture and appliances) so they knew that there was a potential large sale in the works. If this is how this business operates, I will not be supporting them. We found our salesman, Paul, to be straightforward, helpful and honest. We cannot say the same for Blair, the Store Manager. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.

  Very unprofessional even confrontational store manager Blair Coughlin. We're prepared to buy a complete line of appliances for our new home but turned off by the way we were treated.
