    They like to kick you while your down if you miss a payment but they do have the best price for house insurance that I have found.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. Their company representatives were very forward and indifferent with a "they win-you loose" attitude. Had been irritated from the start with their 3% "administration fee" charged for monthly pre-authorized billing. Got significantly more / better coverage from a national provider, for the same annual premium price (and no 3% "admin fee").
