  OH and I almost forgot to mention that breakfast was pretty much non-existent, aka you only get bread and cereal. And please, just don't even bother with setting up individual food plates if the only thing on there is a piece of bread. Hmm you know what I think I'll just rate it one star instead.

  Worst bathroom I've ever had in a hotel in Canada. Can't believe they cut off the hot water after 10 (at least that's what I assume). Overall hygiene in both the main room and bathroom is unsanitary. Only reason why I didn't rate one star was that it had amble amounts of power outlets.

  I have stayed at the hotel on a few occasions. The hotel is perfectly located near the heart of downtown summerside, walking distance to shops and the water front board walk. The staff go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The 3rd and 4th floors have great veiws of the water. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant on site that serves up great island food ! Both the restaurant and hotel are reasonable priced, which is important on family vacations. I would recommend the hotel to anyone planning a trip to PEI

  Stayed for long time bases for almost 6 months. Great Customer Service, all staff members are very helpful, specially Joe and repair department guys, there is always smile on their faces. Tammy is very great and helpful Manager. Definitely gonna give 5 star and gonna recommend to everyone. Thanks everyone for making my stay memorable, gonna miss u guys :)

  The staff are all so friendly and give you true hospitality! The hotel is located within walking distance to beautiful downtown summerside and some rooms have excellent water views! My family of 4 (toddle,infant, husband and myself) stayed very comfortable here. The price is great and a restaurant on site with very good prices, and the quality of food (and portions) are fantastic!
