  Greasy food, slow service and an awful environment. Can't help but feel bad for tourists visiting here who think they've had good PEI fish. If you want actual quality where you don't have to wait upwards of 20 minutes, don't have to put up with rude, closed-minded staff, and (believe it or not) DON'T have to pay for water, there are many, many better Island restaurants you can visit.

  Disgusting. Anyone who is comparing this place to the UK has clearly never traveled off this island. The service was appalling and the whole place wreaked of stale oil and bigotry.

  Interior is a bit run down and kind of greasy, but the food was good. Fish was nice and fresh, and fries were delicious as well. Water was $1, which was a bit disappointing. We came around 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon and were immediately seated. Locals who all know each other seem to visit often too. Comments only pertain to the food, not the remarks about homosexuality made by the owner.

  Tried to eat there with my family but it was a total failure so I have to give this restaurant a big fat zero. We sat down and wait for about 15 mins with no server in sight. We asked the table next to us what the deal was and they said they had already waited over 20 mins and all that happened so far was they ordered some pricey bottled water and were still waiting to order food. At that point we left. The place was very dirty with flies everywhere, and it stinks of old cooking oil. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone, especially considering there are so many other great Fish and Chips places close-by.
